Q: When is the RSVP deadline?

A: Please RSVP by Wednesday, July 1st.



Q: Do I need to get a visa as a US citizen?

A: Yes, Brazil requires a tourist visa for all US citizens. You must apply online and it is highly recommended you apply at least a month in advance of travel.



Q: What’s the best way to get there?

A: Your final destination airport is “IGU.” As many are traveling from various locations throughout the US or have additional travel destinations prior, please determine the best travel route for you and your party.



Q: What is the easiest way to get to and from the airport and venue?

A: Once your flights are booked, please provide your flight information in your RSVP. This information will get passed on to the hotel who will coordinate your pickup and provide transportation to the hotel. As all events will be taking place on the Belmond property, there should not be a need for any additional transportation.



Q: What restaurants are available?

A: The hotel has two restaurants, one full service bar, and a pool bar for guests to indulge in. Room service is also available 24 hours! Breakfast is included in your rate so be sure to take advantage. Explore your culinary options here.



Q: Are there other hotels?

A: With the Belmond property being a more remote location and the primary space for all of our wedding festivities, we do not have alternative arrangements.



Q: What is the weather like?

A: September marks a change of season in the Southern hemisphere. You can expect to experience pleasant, spring-like weather, with mild to warm temperatures ranging from 56°F to 79°F, moderate rainfall, and moderate humidity.

Q: Should I bring a gift?

A: Your presence is the greatest present we could ask for!
